Halloween Scarefest at Alton Towers Resort
With a crumbling castle, a gloomy wood and a winding maze, Alton Towers is the perfect place for ghosts and ghouls to congregate this Halloween. Come join the things that go bump in the night at Alton Towers Scarefest - our biggest Halloween event yet!
There's something for the whole family at Scarefest, from your brood of tiny ankle-biters to thrill seeking ghostbusters. The park has a terrifying combination of spooky mazes, freakish performances and the whitest of white-knuckle rides in the inky darkness of the autumn nights. This year's Scarefest will ensure everyone is terrified and entertained in equal measure.
Alton Towers stays open until 9pm every night during Scarefest. You and your cabal of little witches and tiny terrors will have plenty of time to enjoy all the thrills of the park in the spooky twilight. Only the bravest adventurers should step foot near Alton Tower's cursed ruins, the Terror of the Towers lays waiting within. The tower's master does not welcome visitors and he is sure to give a spine chilling chase to those who dare come a' knocking.
Elsewhere in the park, The Boiler House is acting very strangely indeed and only the iron-willed caretaker is brave enough to investigate. Dare you join him to see what is going on in the fiery pit? Survive the boiler room and there is still a very haunted maze stuffed with zombies to explore. Field of 1000 Screams: The Aftermath is the perfect training ground for amateur zombie hunters and hardened thrill-seekers alike.
Book a room at one of the resort's amazing hotels and experience a terrifying hotel stay like no other. Kids can Dance With the Devil and enjoy a host of spooky activities while parents can unwind in spooky style in the resort's bars and restaurants.
