For health and safety reasons, children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We also have a strict child/adult ratio in Cariba Creek and responsible adults (aged 16 years plus) must accompany children into the water. Any guests unable to fulfill the ratio requirements will not be allowed into the Waterpark.

Yes we suggest you bring your own towels if you wish to use the Waterpark, although towels can also be hired for £1 each.
Yes, these can be found in Guest Services and are marked on the Park Map.
Yes, you have to be 1.1m to go on Master Blaster and you have to be 5+ to go in the Bubbly Wubbly pool and Volcanic Springs.
Yes, there are lockers. You will need a £1 coin for them, which is refundable.
Yes, there is baby changing in the changing rooms, and a special feeding room for mums.
No, for the safety of guests, we don't allow inflatables into the pool. But we do have special inflatable fun sessions for children up to age 6 - just check at Cariba Creek reception for times.
It's right next door to Splash Landings Hotel. Go into the reception and you'll see the signs directing you down to the Waterpark.
Yes, Quenchers is right in the middle of the Waterpark. It serves snack and refreshments, so you don't even have to get changed.
No, to protect guest privacy, we don't allow any photography in the Waterpark.
Outdoor clothing is not usually allowed at the poolside unless special permission is given.
