Location: Located approximately 50 minutes from Alton Towers.

Directions to Hilton Nottingham: Travel to the Hilton Nottingham hotel, in the heart of the city centre. Just 25 minutes from Nottingham East Midlands Airport by car, the hotel is located beside the main shopping area and close to Nottingham attractions.

From the M1: Exit at junction 25, take the A52 signposted to Nottingham. At the 1st island carry straight on. At the next large island, take the right turning to the city centre. At the next island go straight over. At the next island you will see the Queen's Medical Centre (hospital), take the 2nd exit and you are then on the A6200. At the top of the hill, turn left on to St Helen's Street then turn right at traffic lights onto Talbot Street. Follow this down past Rock City, drive straight over at the traffic lights (over the tram lines) then left on to South Sherwood Street. At bottom of the hill, turn right on to Shakespeare Street. Then right at Victoria Clock Tower on to Milton Street and the Hilton Nottingham hotel is on the left.

Directions to Alton Towers: Head south on A60/Milton Street towards Trinity Square, Turn right at A6008/Milton Street, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A610/Derby Road, Continue to follow Derby Road, At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A52/Derby Road, Go through 1 roundabout, At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A52 heading to M1/Derby, Go through 1 roundabout, Continue on A601/St Alkmund's Way, Continue to follow A601, Turn right to stay on A601, Turn right at A52/Friar Gate, Continue to follow A52, Go through 4 roundabouts, Turn left to stay on A52, Turn left at B5417, Turn left at Beelow Lane, Continue on Wootton Lane, Turn right at Farley Lane, Turn left, Turn left and arrive at Alton Towers.
