Before you visit Alton Towers Resort, take a look at their Accessibility Guide to ensure you are fully prepared for your Alton Towers Break. At Alton Towers Resort, we aim to make the park fully accessible to all our visitors. Unfortunately, due to strict operational restrictions, not all of the rides and attractions are suitable for all visitors. Our staff must comply with health and safety guidelines regarding these restrictions.

Disabled Parking Facilities
Parking is free of charge to all disabled badge holders. When parking, please follow the signs to the disabled parking area.

Discounted Admission
As a holder of a blue/orange disability badge, or similar proof of your disability, you are able to gain discounted admission fees for yourself and up to two helpers.
