At Alton Towers Breaks we would like you to be fully prepared for your visit, and so offer this extensive guide to facilities on-site at the theme park.

Resort Facilities - Alton Towers Resort provides guests with exceptional leisure facilities including Alton Towers Waterpark, a luxurious Spa, beautifully-kept gardens and the amazing Extraordinary Golf.

Baby Change Facilities - Alton Towers Resort provides six separate baby-change areas throughout the park.

Cash Machines - There is a cash-machine outside the entrance of the park as well as a further eight available within the Alton Towers Resort grounds. You are able to find the cash machines located on the park map with the symbol £. There are three machines on Towers Street that do not require an additional charge.

Credit Cards - Alton Towers Resort is happy to accept all major credit cards and debit cards throughout the park.

Disabilities - Proof of disability enables you and up to two helpers discounted entry into the park. Wheelchairs are available to hire from Guest Services with a £5 deposit. Those wishing to hire a wheelchair who are not registered disabled will have to pay a £10 charge for this service. Induction loops are in use in all ticket booths. Guide dogs are welcome throughout the park, although are not permitted on rides for obvious safety reasons.

First Aid - Alton Towers Resort offers a first aid centre between the Towers Street restaurant and the Skyride Station on Towers Street. Each outlet on-site has a first aid kit to treat minor injuries and many staff members are first aid trained.

Lockers - There are lockers for all-day use at Guest Services and Towers Street. Temporary lockers can be found near to Oblivion and Nemesis. Alton Towers Resort advises you to not bring valuables with you, as we cannot take responsibility for them.

Parking - When you drive to Alton Towers Resort, there is a nominal parking charge of £4 per car payable on entry. Parking is free for coaches, minibuses and disabled visitors.

Pushchair Hire - Pushchairs are available to hire from the Guest Services at the top of Towers Street. A deposit of £20 must be paid with a daily charge of £5 per single pushchair and £8 per double pushchair.

Restaurants and Bars - There are a variety of food and drink outlets to choose from throughout Alton Towers theme park.

Toilets - There are large number of toilets available throughout the theme park. These are displayed by the WC symbol on the park map.
